I just created the code to have the ability to give a good ballpark figure of web design projects. I ran into a problem when having customers call in for an estimate. With this form, I can now ask the questions and get results faster.

  1. Login to your FTP
  2. Go to folder “components”
  3. Go to “com_sef” > open joomsef.php file to edit
  4. Go to line “2534” - or search for $cacheBuf2
  5. Remove open to closed div content after $cacheBuf2 =
  6. Should read $cacheBuf2=‘ ‘;
  7. Done

Rename Amazon Kindle Fire

Here are the instructions for renaming your new Kindle Fire Device:

  1. Login to your Amazon.com account
  2. Scroll to bottom and click “Manage Your Kindle”
  3. On left side under “Your Kindle Account” click “Manage Your Devices”
  4. Find your Kindle, next to Kindle Name click “edit” button
  5. Rename and click “Update”
  6. On your kindle fire device, click settings at the top right next to wifi
  7. Click “Sync”
  8. Done
